Our French Macarons are made with 100% Organic Fair Trade Sugar, Organic Almonds or Pistachios, Cage-Free Organic Eggs and other Locally Sourced, Fair Trade & Organic Ingredients.

If you’ve never had macarons, you are in for a treat! Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, these French delicacies are gluten-free, high in protein, filled with buttercream, chocolate, jam or citrus curd. We don’t use any food coloring or artificial flavors, so don’t expect the hot pink or bright green cookies you see around town. Do expect something delicate, delicious and very French!

What makes macarons different than meringue? It’s all in the feet! In French, the little frills that form at the bottom of the cookie when made correctly are called pied and that’s what makes them macarons!
